The BlueStream Gallery website is an Online Juried Art Competition, Exhibition and Art Gallery website. By using the BlueStream Gallery website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

bluestreamgallery.com’s mailing lists, participating artist lists, and any addresses entered into our site’s “Opt In” system are never sold, rented, traded, leased, bartered, or otherwise disclosed.  Artists who are accepted into any BlueStream Gallery exhibition will have their contact information (website or email address if the artist does not provide a website address) included on their accepted artwork image and in any biography included on the BlueStream Gallery site. If an artist does not want their contact information included on their accepted artwork image or in any biography included on the BlueStream Gallery site, please contact us at info@bluestreamgallery.com and it will be immediately removed.

bluestreamgallery.com’s participating artists who provide public contact information (public email address, phone numbers, addresses, web sites, etc.) do so at their own risk. Participating artists do not need to provide any public contact information, although we do require current contact information for our records in the event that we need to contact you. In the event that someone tries to contact you via our site if you have not provided public information, their message will be forwarded to the member to respect the member’s privacy.

Use of Your Personal Information

BlueStream Gallery collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services you have requested.

BlueStream Gallery may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from BlueStream Gallery and its affiliates. Any changes that need to be made to your submissions or payment method must be done through Submittable or PayPal. bluestreamgallery.com will never have access to anyone’s financial records and it shall remain confidential.
